"Map Reading Fluency"
Until now, assessing oral reading fluency has been a labor intensive, one-on-one process that is very time consuming. In 2017, NWEA introduced the MAP Reading Fluency assessment that uses computer technology and artificial intelligence. Imagine being able to screen oral reading fluency with 20 students in 20 minutes. Then, you are able to have a recording of the oral reading passage and be able to play it back at will. This session will be a comprehensive demonstration of this assessment program.
